As Analyst part of the M&A team, this role involves supporting execution of acquisition, joint venture opportunities for the company. You will be part of M&A team, which is responsible for end to end M&A process for the company, right from defining the strategy, identifying / evaluating targets to execution of deal (incl. diligence & contracts) and ensuring successful transition of responsibilities to the operating management. Specifically this role would involve:  - Conduct / Lead / Facilitate research assignments to evaluate industry segments for attractiveness - key trends, drivers, growth opportunity, competitive landscape etc  - Support deal origination process through target identification and screening  - Analyze financials, build valuation models and define strategic rationale for potential acquisitions  - Support / Project manage due diligence and execution of transaction including discussions on deal structure, contract negotiations and working with legal, finance, HR, Operations functions.  - Help prepare materials for management, deal committee & board sessions  - Drive key projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency of M&A process - valuation models, target screens, industry developments, templates etc  Need Qualified MBA from Premier B-School with 5+ years of experience
