Creating pitch decks, high-quality collateral documents - Teasers, Information Memorandum, Management Presentations, Marketing Pitches, iterating IMs &amp; FMs. 2. Design and build business plans/ financial models. Work on the valuation using multiple methodologies including DCF and relative valuation for ongoing transactions. 3. Doing research on the Company and industry. 4. Managing the negotiations and term sheets (valuation as well as other terms) 5, Helping in post-deal documentation, Structuring deal mandates and related negotiations with founders / CEOs, including advising founders / CEOs, managing their expectations. 6. Working closely with the founders. 7.Identifying and sourcing potential targets (potential investors / strategic acquirers) and marketing the opportunities across the target list &amp; potential investors. 8. Managing the Financial, Legal Due Diligence processes, conditions precedent. 9. Good exposure, independent client dealing, flexibility and remuneration benchmarked with Industry are assured for deserving candidates.
