We are a small team with an ambition to be a unicorn. About the role: Manager - Operations (Course &amp; Learning) - Course and learning operations is the core of our business. It involves managing the entire backend which enables learners to come on board, complete their courses and see their lives transformation. - You would work with the content team on the course design, configure the courses in the digital learner management system (LMS), manage learner enrollments, coordinate with faculty/instructors/coaches for live sessions, manage learner analytics and design &amp; execute nudges &amp; communication to encourage learning. - That's a big responsibility. We need a multitasker who can conceptualize and design processes at scale, execute solutions, manage operations, problems and seek long term solutions through new tools, technology, solutions and automation. Ideal candidates: - MBA / Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in operations roles - Experience in Start-up environment is great - Exposure to Edtech, Content or LMS operations would be an added advantage - Score very high ownership and taking responsibility - Strong ability to think micro and at the same time think strategically.
