Customer Service Specialist We are seeking Customer service specialists who are responsible for assisting companies in developing strong relationships with customers & clients and also multi-tasking . These supports perform a number of duties, including answering phones, responding to customer questions and assisting with customer issues. These employees are often responsible for front-facing duties that directly impact the customer's experience of an organization. Responsibilities for Customer service Specialist : - Take ownership of customer issues - Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams - Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers - Document knowledge in the form of solution articles - Master the use of a helpdesk software - Account Management with major Alliance partners - Define & shape customer experience, deliver new features for in house products. - Quality Assurance for In house Product - Collaborate with IT team, developers & Marketing team to ensure project execution. - Research, learn and always remain updated on the latest trends in digital space and technical developments, and leverage these into the propositions and proposals. Skills and Qualifications: - Able to work in Shifts and ability to multitask - Strong Communication skills ,time and service quality, attention to detail. - Documentation skills ,Information analysis, Computer skills,Customer orientation and Quality focus. - Adaptability, Responsibility,Patience, Positive attitude,Authenticity,Time management skills, Attentiveness, Confidence,Accountability,Technical knowledge,Friendliness and Decision-making skills.
