Required Skills :
- Deep and relevant expertise on Genesis Cloud services, along with contact center industry experience including Amazon Connect.
- Experience and expertise building integrations across WFM, CRM, CTI screen pop, Single Sign-On other related contact center solutions with backend systems.
- Experience using and leveraging APIs, Webservices, SDK.
- Knowledge of WebRTC technology and experience working on WebRTC based platforms.
- Knowledge and experience on cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
- Self-starter with deep hands-on work experience with production implementations on public cloudproviders within large enterprises
- Experience with software development and one or more development or scripting languages (e.g. Java. Golang, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, PowerShell)
Qualification, Experience, and Certifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and communications, or Computer Engineering
- The candidate should have 10+ years of technical experience working on Genesis Cloud Services and contact center
Certifications :
- Genesis Cloud certifications - AWS Solution Architect Associate/Professional
- Trained for Recording solutions like Verint, NICE, Calabrio will be an added advantage.
- Any relevant certifications in VMware, Network, Security will be added advantage
