GT role - Premium Fan Manufacturer About the Company : - A US company has tied up with a Consulting firm in Bangalore for its India activities. Some of their other products include Premium Fans, Heaters, Humidifiers, Air purifiers. - The company is looking for someone who can look after their General Trade business for the Premium Fan segment at the Regional level. This role will eventually grow to a National Level role and hence may involve extensive travelling. Key Responsibilities : - Launching product in India through General Trade model - Appoint Dealers and Distributors - Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region - Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals - Assisting sales personnel in their techniques - Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term - Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings - Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements Skill Requirements: - Ideal candidate should have handled General Trade. - Should have handled a region / multiple states - Should be from premium fan companies - MBA preferred - Local Candidates from Bangalore preferred - Experience required is between 5-8 years
