Key Responsibility Areas

Technical

Planning & Market Research

1. Study & understand the current business landscape, products, processes etc.

2. Assist the National Sales Head in developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to set the target sales revenues for the Offline businesses

3. Research market trends, competitors to understand dynamic of the cookware industry

4. Conduct/analyse surveys to identify the target customers and their buying behaviour

5. Identify and tie up with potential partners to upscale the Offline Retail business

Sales

1. Lead execution of the AOP and meeting of targets through well-defined customer reach out strategies

2. Visit potential markets and customers across all locations for increasing the tie ups, collaborations leading to increase in sale

3. Assist in devising strategy for communicating with existing as well as prospective customers

4. Supervise process of order booking, dispatch, delivery & collections

Customer Support

1. Build relationships with existing and new customers to establish long-term business growth

2. Ensure customer satisfaction by capturing consumer insights and developing an action plan

People Management

1. Build, lead and ensure that the team delivers as per expectations

2. Identify L&D requirement for team and self

Reports

1. Prepare & analyse Monthly MIS reports, provide weekly updates and other reports as needed by Management

2. Track the performance of the function on a weekly basis and prepare weekly reports
