Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers, importers, and major retailers, utilizing existing networks and actively seeking new business opportunities.
3. Hands on experience working in rice commodity and metrics of tons of rice to be sold annually.
4. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the CEO highlighting key insights and recommendations.
5. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet sales targets.
7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among the sales team.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 9-14 years of progressive experience in sales of agro-products
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
5. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
