General Manager/Vice President - Projects (Steel PEB )

Looking for a General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Projects (Steel PEB) for an emerging real estate developer based in Noida.

The incumbent will be working in tandem with a projects team responsible for building North India's very first mixed land use project in the heart of Noida to have an all steel superstructure with following being the highlights of the project :

- North India's very first real estate development to have a superstructure built entirely of steel.

- Highest mixed land use project in the NCR with two towers of 35 floors and 19 floors respectively, along with seven dedicated floors for a 5 star hotel and retail space.

Along with the above mentioned project, incumbent will be responsible for seven real estate projects with following details :

- Two commercial projects in Lucknow.

- Group housing project (G plus 22) in Lucknow.

- Luxury residential project (G plus 19) in Lucknow.

- 55 acre township on the outskirts of Lucknow.

- Upcoming residential housing project in Moradabad.

- Upcoming residential housing project in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.

This position will directly report to Director - Operations and will be responsible for leading a projects and execution team of 5.

Essential Qualifications :

- MUST have a prior experience of minimum 5 years in steel buildings and PEB structures.

- Minimum experience of 12 years in the field of real estate development and construction industry.

- A degree/diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or relative field.

- Knowledge of CAD/CAFM systems.
