General Manager/Vice President-HR

1. Managing the entire human resource and administrative functions ACROSS PAN INDIA & NEPAL For the group companies.

2. Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction in line with the organizational vision & mission,

3. Creating & maintaining a culture of a "best place to work for" in the organization and creating employee centric policies to advance the personal & professional growth of all employees & stakeholders of the organization.

4. Executing new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.

5.Handling & Leading all HR functions such talent acquisition, employee compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relations.

6. Supporting the top management by providing strategic human resources advice & planning to reach the organisational goals over the short, medium & long run.

7. Heading the Administration department to ensure optimum utilization of the Company resources & assets by improving operating cost & efficiency.
