Job Profile:

Position would be responsible for:

1. Building and Strengthening of the teams in Various departments viz. UW, Reinsurance, Claims & Establishment.

2. To ensure judicious settlement of claims while constantly grooming the team and making them aware of the policy conditions and its impact on claim admissibility as well as quantum.

3. Pursuing Claims recoveries from treaty and FAC reinsurers / Participants

4. Investigations of claims / losses to ascertain genuinity

5. Understanding the issues when any case is brought up and explore if the matter can be settled or compromised out of court.

6. Transparent Procedures for purchases

7. Compliance of regulations of various authorities

Desired Candidate:

1. Must have a minimum 15 - 20 years of continuous General Insurance managerial experience.

2. Should be very well versed and a hands on person on Insurance Claims and Underwriting.

3. Should be well versed in Reinsurance.

4. Qualified with Insurance Certification's
