With a plan to become the largest and most admired real estate developer in the country in the near future, the parent company has invested heavily in the Indian entity to further their presence.

Job Description

Reporting in to the head of treasury, the job shall entail:-

- Monitoring current cash flows of the organization and plan for future requirements. This shall involve identification of liquidity risks and creating investment plans

- Liaison with financial institutions to raise debt for the firm to facilitate new and existing projects

- Financial modelling for potential new projects, to facilitate forecasts and conduct feasibility analysis

Profile

You shall be a Chartered Accountant / MBA with more than 10 years of experience in the treasury function with a proven track record of success. This shall be measured in terms of monitoring current cash flows, accuracy of forecasts, ability to raise funds from financial institutions (primarily banks) and financial modeling to forecast & conduct feasibility analysis.
