General Manager - Treasury - CA - Infra/Manufacturing/Real Estate

JOB PURPOSE:

Monitor, plan & execute the area of infusion & management of funds including Treasury functions to ensure liquidity, Insurance management for the business & Fund Management from CPD infrastructure fund, coordination for recovery from CPD developers. Capex Monitoring of Expansion through Work Breakdown System in SAP which mainly includes, contract creations, verification of bills of Capex, monitoring of contract conditions, contract closures, capitalization of assets and Project Import Assessments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Planning & arranging for funds based on inputs received from other user departments.

Carry out review of new business projects and initiative.

Completion of Project Import Assessment.

Optimizing working capital & ensuring effective investment of funds.

Effective insurance management with minimization of cost with adequate risk coverage .

Take Out Financing for RTL & ECB Loans.

Raising of debt / non-fund facilities for meeting capex requirements including loan & security documentation for this purpose with lenders. Debt Servicing & Compliances as per due dates.

Foreign Trade Policy Incentives.

QUALIFICATION: CA

EXPERIENCE: 15-18 years in Treasury Function.
