General Manager - Travel Analytics - BPO/KPO

Travel Domain expert in Analytics for Leading BPO/KPO.

The Role :

- Considering the analytics components of the Travel roadmap as key input, develop solution roadmap. In consultation with Travel Leaders and other stakeholders, and based on client inputs, develop solution architecture for chosen analytics bets.

- Develop working prototypes / proof of concepts, and necessary material to hand over the POC to delivery team.

- Develop POCs f/ requirements or upgrades of existing products.

- Possess deep expertise of travel domain particularly related to analytics offerings - airline, hospitality, car rental and Shipping & Logistics.

- Champion the sale of analytics initiatives in presale discussion with prospective clients.

- Enhance the visibility of WNS as a credible analytics partner by participating in industry events and forums

- Keep abreast of emerging trends in analytics, monitor and enhance R&A and any external partner capabilities.

Required Skills :

- Excellent understanding of travel business with a solution mindset.

- Deep knowledge of statistical concepts and practical implementations. Excellent Client skills. Ability to map client needs with solution opportunities
