General Manager - Transformation, PMO and Change Management

Our client is one of the leading financial services organization, based in Chennai. Looking to hire General Manager to lead Transformation, PMO and Change Management function.

Purpose:

- The role will be a part of strategy and planning organization, helping drive the transformation

- Responsible for working closely with the business leaders to formulate strategy aligned to the organizations key priorities and help them with the decision making to execute the strategy

- Support the leadership team to define strategy and new operating model that support current needs and the future business priorities

- Carry out research and data collection to identify patterns that help business take right decision

- Bring in the outside in perspective and drive change

- Promote and foster an environment of innovation to deliver new solutions which help improve scale and efficiency, business growth and performance

Desired Profile:

- MBA from a recognized university

- At least 15 years of experience of Management consulting under a change environment, strategic communication and organizational transformation

- Proven knowledge of Financial services industry

- Leading and developing a team of high performing associates
