Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead the training team, providing guidance and support in executing comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement training programs that cover Product, Process, and Policy, ensuring they meet the needs of different departments and skill levels.
- Content Development and Review:
- Review and enhance training materials (In Hindi & English), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with SMEs and team members to develop high-quality training content that aligns with best practices and company policies.
- Creating and managing content repositories for all training content.
- Training Delivery and Assessment:
- Conduct and oversee training sessions, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and skills effectively to employees.
- Create and implement assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Planning and monitoring regular comms campaigns(Via Whatsapp, Mails etc) related to product, process and policy changes across the organisation.
- Training Initiative Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of training initiatives, analyzing feedback and metrics to make data-driven improvements.
- Track and report on key training metrics to stakeholders and management, demonstrating the impact of training on business outcomes.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor training team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to team members, promoting their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in training and development roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering training programs related to Product, Process, and Policy.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proven track record in content development, review, and improvement.
- Proficiency in assessment methodologies and learning evaluation techniques.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization
