Having deep insights of General trade for effective utilization of Trade Budgets to achieve Business objectives 2. Lead initiatives to drive Shares, ND/WD, deliver better channel margins 3. Understand the needs state/city wise through competitor benchmarking, collecting best practices 4. Coordinate with field heads to design trade programmes tailored for general trade to achieve volume and growth 5. Develop and publish the annual trade promotions calendar by state and SKU on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to achieve Annual Sales Plan 6. Frame guidelines for trade spends and monitoring thereof in the states and managing the trade spend budget across Brands &amp; SKUs. 7. Monitor performance of trade schemes and incorporate feedback in subsequent designs 8. Maintain a knowledge bank of trade schemes and their impact; share the learnings with the sales team on a periodic basis 9. Track adherence to trade spend guidelines in the states and identify issues / for impactful utilization of trade spends 10. Asset deployment, maintenance and its management (Visi Coolers) on pan India basis for high visibility of Brands at retail level 11. Retail - POP Management a. Effective planning, budgeting and execution to drive brand visibility at the point of purchase b. Developing control mechanisms to ensure deployment as per norms set in accordance to brand guidelines and outlet selection 12. Trade spend budgetary controls and effective utilization for the increase of business within states and Pan India CANDIDATE PROFILE - MBA/Graduate from a reputed institution - 8 to 10 years of Beverage/FMCG sales experience, - 2-3 Years of experience in handling Trade Promotion in Beverage/FMCG company at National/regional level
