General Manager - Technical Facility Maintenance - Data Center

Job Description :

- Managing Electrical and Mechanical services

- Ensure 100% facility uptime and managing 24- 7 shift operations

- Maintenance, Spare, AMC and budgeting of equipment- s

- Prepare & implement preventive maintenance schedule for all locations equipment like Transformer, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, AHUs, Package Units, BAS System, Fire panel, Electrical Panels, Incubators, Lab Equipment and Distribution Boards.

- Ensure efficient firefighting systems equipment 24x7, & earthing studies in arc flash. Managing a Maintenance team& 3rd party facilities service provider.

- Liaison with Government agencies, statutory bodies & site teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Overall equipment & facilities maintenance (Reliability, Performance, Cost, etc.).

- Operational Risk Management, Audits and Compliance. Maintain daily checklist & conduct periodic trials.

- Managing in-house retrofit infrastructure projects.

- As a Project leader, providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.

- Provide technical leadership to the entire plant team and support execution of Continuous Improvement projects.

- Proactively manage & execute all engineering activities as per Safety Health & Environment aspects. To spearhead retrofit project work (concept to commissioning) related to civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work at site.

- Should have handled large setup & on roll team.
