Looking for CA Qualified candidates working with top firms

Direct Tax :

- Experience in formulating corporate strategies

- Extensive work experience with capital structuring, business structuring including mergers, demergers, etc.

- Measures / Alternatives of efficient tax planning

- Experience with deal structuring including private equity deals, public market deals, acquisitions, etc.

- Experience in handling efficient modes of tax structuring via investment jurisdictions, people movements, repatriation strategies, structuring/ renewal of agreements/ contracts etc.

- Thorough understanding of various business structures like Trusts, LLPs, Cos, HUF, etc.

- Exposure in handling direct tax assessments and litigations at various forums.

- Understanding of taxation in respect of IT SEZs / IT Parks, etc.

- Supervise the compliances of returns / Tax Audits / Tax Credits / Payment etc.

- Experience with handling Family Office tax matters (Desirable)

Indirect Tax :

- Thorough knowledge of GST

- Business structuring to ensure efficient GST planning

- Experience with GST compliances

- Experience with erstwhile VAT, Service tax regulations

- Experience with indirect tax audits, appeals, litigations, etc.
