General Manager - Talent Management & Organization Development - Conglomerate (10-15 yrs)

We are looking to hire GM TM & OD for one our client in Delhi.

Job Responsibilities :

To develop & execute Talent and Leadership Development strategy that is in line with business strategy (overall for business unit level) & to contribute in organizational performance. Diagnose the organizational requirements for talent management and Capacity building to support organizational life stage needs to drive high performance and productivity

- OD & Change Management Initiatives

Assist Group Talent head in design, development, roll-out of various OD and change management initiatives such as:

Lead Talent & Leadership initiatives

- Design and Execute Talent management strategies at Organizational & Business level unit.

- Annual performance appraisals (Process guidelines, education, review, reporting).

- Career pathing & succession planning frameworks and system (Example : Career paths for a function to be maintained / updated with inputs from HRBP to take care of structural or role changes).

- Assist the CHRO & Group Talent head on succession planning, management and development for Critical roles and Young Hi Potentials.

- Review the effectiveness of existing TMD systems and processes and continuously improvise.

- Advice talent development interventions to meet the talent gaps (Example: Common themes emerging from Talent Councils).

- Manage the change in systems, process, practices using change management practices and principles.

- Drive the usage of digital systems and technology for talent management &development.

- Lead mission critical talent projects identified on the basis of priorities.

- Design Technical Competency framework in line with the Business roles.

- Finalization of the concept, defining business and level-wise coverage, learning areas/ program types, provide for implementation of the Group Learning model , Culture Building initiatives etc.
