1) Talent Management (Across organization as part of COE - This is for multiple BU's)

2) L&D (Behavioral & Technical Inputs to various functions) - (Across organization as part of COE - This is for multiple BU's)

3) Handling Talent Management & Talent Development for Campus Hired / MT (Across organization as part of COE - This is for multiple BU's)

Along with above mentioned KPI's if COE - This candidate will handle HRBP role to few other Functions which operates as Profit Centre.

People Management - It's a good team handling role. Around 8 People will report into this role.

Reporting - HR Head of the Organization.
