- Excellent opportunity to lead recruitment for a global IT enabled services giant
- Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy
- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm
- Devise and drive the sourcing strategy to meet the requirements of specific COE's while maintaining the budget- referrals, social media, portals, vendors etc
- Driving and closing leadership roles across businesses, between 200-300 hires in a year
- Develop relationships to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Selling key leadership positions to candidates and selling the candidate to internal stakeholders
- Managing a team of highly skilled recruiters and report into the Head Talent Acquisition
