Client Details :

- Our client is a leading technology firm with a strong global footprint. The company is growing rapidly in India and is looking to hire their General Manager- Talent Acquisition to report into the Corporate VP- Head Talent Acquisition.

Job Description :

- Lead the hiring for leadership positions in India and overseas

- Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy

- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm

- Devise and drive the sourcing strategy to meet the requirements of specific COE's while maintaining the budget- referrals, social media, portals, vendors etc

- Driving and closing leadership roles across businesses, between 200-300 hires in a year

- Develop relationships to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Selling key leadership positions to candidates and selling the candidate to internal stakeholders

- Managing a team of highly skilled recruiters and report into the Head Talent Acquisition

Profile :

- Minimum 15-18 years of Experience as an HR professional, with majority stint in recruitment

- Should have been extensively involved in leadership hiring with IT enabled services/ BPO background

- Must have experience in managing end to end recruitment and employer branding initiatives

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
