REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

- 15+ years of Experience in TA Function of which at least last 5 yrs in the leadership role leading a team of 10+ people (directly or indirectly) and worked directly with Senior Leadership Team

- A forward-thinking TA professional with a proactive attitude, able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of TA

- An influential leader with excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and solutions to drive changes

- An advocate for working collaboratively across HR with the ability to motivate people at all levels to achieve better results

- A digital native, able to adapt to technological changes, embraces working virtually and promotes advancements in digitalization

- Strong knowledge of market trends and innovation in TA and organizational effectiveness across industries. Experience in applying the latest thinking and industry insights to challenge traditional ways of working and operational standards to improve candidate experience.

- An inspirational role model who understands the importance of driving the right culture to achieve business priorities

- A deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES :

- In partnership with the RAG Leaders and other GMs develop and execute a world class global hiring approach and underlying business strategies

- Implement and promote initiatives to ensure the TA function supports and lives by QKs Inclusion and Diversity agenda

- Build a team that drive best practices in attracting, assessing and evaluating and ensure zero revenue is loss against any open demand

- Provide insight and analysis on TA related measures to guide and develop key TA focus areas

- Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics

- Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers, interviewers, and referrers

- Present dashboard to cover TAT, Cost to hire, Candidate Quality

- Oversee ATS Implementation and Adaptation (PeopleStrong)

- Build key and trusted relationships and engage senior stakeholders locally and globally to collaborate effectively (Delivery, Sales, HR & Other Corporate Functions)

- Responsible for employer branding internal, external, social media making sure QK is a brand of choice

- Work closely with RAG leaders to understand Workforce Planning (Sales force & Quest data) and build a strong talent pipeline for upcoming needs

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :

- Basic Education: MBA in HR or any HR Related degree

- Skills / Certifications: Any valid certifications will be an added advantage.
