The chief role of the Head - Talent Acquisition (manufacturing plant) is to deliver on all the talent acquisition and manpower planning needs.
Experience : 8-18 years
Team Size: 4-5 direct
Key Responsibilities -
- Expert in hiring for plant and for corporate across india
- Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team.
- Creation and standardization of sustainable processes related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Ensuring process adherence in recruitment.
- Ensure retention of employees for the first few weeks of joining.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve any issues and managing stakeholders.
- Ensuring data hygiene - capturing of employee personal and service details accurately in ERP.
- Creation and circulation of reports/dashboards for the consumption of top management.
- Anticipating the organization's future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success.

- Track record in building and scaling large teams and organizations, especially start-ups
