General Manager Talent Acquisition
Mandatory Requirement - Experience in volume hiring
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities :
- Lead the TA team; Attract, Develop, and Retain the talent
- Role will be responsible to work with business, identify talent needs, create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance.
- Planning, developing, implementing, and directing all aspects of the TA function : sourcing, recruitment, talent assessment, selection process, cycle times, offer process, documentation and data at a global level.
- Working with HR teams across geographies to align initiatives and maximize collaboration, reduces duplication, and share leading practices.
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Manage Leadership hiring as well as Frontline Volume Hiring
- Manage campus relationships and run various engagement programs to attract and hire the right candidates.
- Pushing talent acquisition change programs from both a strategic and operative level
- Monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates
- Gets results that have a clear, positive, and direct impact on business performance.
- Supports senior and executive management in creating innovative and effective recruitment and attraction tools
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
- Acts as an internal thought leader and ambassador for talent acquisition
Qualifications and skills :
- MBA from premier B-Schools preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience in managing a large recruitment team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition
- Experience working with diverse employment types and locations
