Role- GM- TA role.
Following is the requirement for the position:
- 15+ yrs experience as TA role.
- Should have lead the team of minimum 5-8 nos. or more.
- Should have RCM knowledge & worked with Revenue Cycle Management companies.
- Should have exposure towards bulk hiring & Lateral hiring .
- Should have experience in managing all stake holders.
- Define Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
- Partner with BU leaders, hiring managers to conduct workforce planning and align recruiting plan
- End-to-end recruitment and selection process for all the roles including the de-briefs.
- Coordinate and lead related efforts in line with the global Talent Acquisition strategy
- Market study, benchmark and implement the best tech practices in technology hiring.
- Build a tech database of various roles
- Participate in employer branding initiatives for these verticals in association with the stakeholders.
- Work on the recruitment process automation
