- Engage and develop relationships at CxO level, building relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, senior leaders and peers alike
- Manage and prioritise multiple searches, projects and relationships with hiring managers
- Display strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
- Execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management and diversity sourcing
- Drive relationships with executive search partners and support commercial aspects of such searches
- Manage candidate experience for all CxO and CxO direct reports being offered and enable smooth pre-joining and on boarding experience
Skills Required :
- Excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in constraints as well as to challenge the status quo
- Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to deal with a complex set of stakeholders
- Self-driven & energetic, high on ownership
- Experience in hiring for Corporate Functions would be an added advantage
