General Manager - Talent Acquisition - Education (10-20 yrs)
1. Good experience in doing Non IT / Sales recruitments.
2. Should be managing a team of 8-10 recruiters
3. Vendor Management.
4. Handling the entire recruitment process. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both; sales and non-sales requirements across levels.
5. Providing training to recruiters if required.
6. Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.
7. Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost effective hiring,
8. Screening/shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic ,online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates
9. Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers,
10. Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll-outs.
11. Generate MIS and reports as per requirements.
12. Extensive experience in Mass/Niche/Support and leadership hiring. Must have handled a large team.
