Opportunity to head the Recruitment practice for a leading distribution firm. The role will report directly into the CHRO and will be responsible for PAN India Hiring. - Driving the entire recruitment strategy from front- determining numbers, experience and driving upto 20000- 25000 hires in a quarter - Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Regional Manager and ensure active pipeline of candidates - Responsible for procuring minimum wage hires with a team of overall 100 recruiters. The number of hires in a quarter will range between 20000- 25000 - Driving project management to handle mass hiring spread across the country - Responsible for working with local sarpanch network to facilitate hiring from job fairs - Managing migrant labour network to move masses, both male and female and settle them in Tier 1 towns and metro cities - Translating business directions into actionable hiring needs, advising on risk and working closely with leadership team on the design and development of recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments - Ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to including, cost, effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers The Successful Applicant - Strong applied exposure of at least 12- 18 years in mass hiring - Ability to procure and hire masses in Tier 2/3 cities through sources like local networks, job fairs, liaison with Skill Ministry - Hands on with dealing in numbers- ramp up the company and hire up to 25000 people in a quarter - Exceptional project management skills, to handle mass hiring and coordinating with over 100 recruiters
