- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership & lateral hiring
- Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Align with stakeholders to address staffing problems, manpower planning and provide optimal solutions.
- Build multi-channel recruiting resources: assessing company's long & short term goals and implementing cost - effective hiring solutions.
- Advise management on organizing, preparing or implementing recruiting or retention programs.
- Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
- Must have analytics hiring experience
- Preparing HR metrics through market mapping across skills within Analytics domain.
- Increasing competitive advantage by hiring and retaining the best and brightest talent across levels.
