- Alignment with company's core values - Own and drive quality and QMS functions to meet the set targets. - Overall strategy to achieve to meet the customer OTIF. - Manage and issue timely instruction to the down line performers to achieve the organization Goal. - Optimal utilization of available resource for better productivity. - Interactions with related departments like Production, Manufacturing Engineering, PPC in as and when new products are added and in ROI analysis. - Manpower planning, utilization and control of staff members working closely with Human Resources Department. - Guiding the team procurement, outsourcing, logistics, and requirement. - Guiding the team on Quality standards and continuous improvement concepts. - To maintain discipline and handle employee grievance working closely with Human - Resource Department.
