General Manager - Supply Chain Consulting - Media - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Key Responsibilities :

- Key Performance Area 1: Project Coordinator: x-functional cost excellence program:

- Work closely with Project Leader to identify and support implementation of projects to reduce cost, improve process efficiency and increase organizational productivity resulting in significant business upside

- Help develop a robust projects- pipeline in close coordination with various functions to contain costs and negate inflationary trends

- Analyse macro-economic trends, competitive information, and internal data to distil relevant insights to drive decision making

- Liaison with finance and functional champions to formulate monitoring templates for tracking project milestones and gauging the financial impact of projects undertaken

- Provide management with status updates and reporting on projects- progress on a monthly basis

- Serve as a change agent to drive a culture of cost consciousness in the organization

Key Performance Area 2: Project Coordinator: x-functional internal process improvement program:

- Support Project Leader in engaging with various functions to identify levers to ensure delivery of newspapers to the reader by 6:30 am on a consistent basis

- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to adopt/evolve best practices

- Set up processes to capture, analyse and assimilate information through management dashboards

- Provide management monthly progress reports/presentations

Must Have's :

- Education- Engineer/ MBA from tier 1 institution

- Industry Experience-Manufacturing or Automobile

- Work Experience- handled Projects around cost optimization
