Description -

- Define project scope, goals & deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.

- Develop full-scale project plans

- Formalize the Design Basis Report (DBR) and design layouts

- Plan and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables

- Define project success criteria

- Coach, mentors, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.

Profile -

- Around 12 years' experience in managing pre-construction activities.

- BE/ B Tech in Civil from a reputed institute, preference for candidates with MBA in Design Management
