Current Revenue : 400 crores.

The group has 6 days working week- Sunday weekly off.

Salary Budget : INR 36-40 lakhs per annum- all inclusive

Education : B.Tech & MBA

- The products are backed by extensive customer trust, using most modern know how, processes & have evolved as a Solution Provider to them. With its state of the art manufacturing plants, the group adopts latest technologies for Product Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Testing.

- The group has established alliances with leading Automotive Companies in Germany & US.

- The group is highly techno savvy & is working on Industry 4.0, IMS etc.

- The group is unfolding its aggressive business plans which necessitates hiring a senior pro for Strategy & Growth function . This is a top management cadre position, reporting to Group MD. The KRAs include:

- Identify growth opportunities & design business strategic architecture

- Strategic planning, analysis & deployment

- Financial Modeling

- Business risk assessment & mitigation

- Strategic value assessment, identifying strategic business priorities

- Monitoring and evaluation of business plans

- Advisory on strategic options and diversification initiatives

- Drive the strategic planning & budgeting process

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Hands-on experience in strategic planning/management consulting/advisory

- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Highly intuitive as well as analytical

- Project management skills
