We're looking for General Manager Strategic Sourcing/Procurement/Purchase & NPD/New Product Development for leading EV Bus Manufacturer of India who has good experience into SHEET METAL.

1. Bachelors / Diploma in Mechanical engineering

2. Experience with Microsoft Office a must

3. Proficient in English - effective verbal and written communication

4. Language proficiency - Communicative knowledge of regional languages is highly desired"

"1. Process knowledge of different manufacturing process.

2. Process knowledge in different parts for 4 wheeler segment preferbly Bus/ Truck segment

3. Knowledge of Different manufacturing process

4. Hard Core negotiater and able to take strategic decision in company's favour

5. Good Interpersonal and Communication, Analytical, logical and problem-solving skills

6. Experience in Sourcing all commodities for Bus/Truck etc

7. Should have experience of Min 7~10 Years in the same capacity

8. People Management skills

1. Overall incharge of Strategic Sourcing Team

2. Ability to handle a team of 15 ~20 persons

3. Identify critical supplier and able to handle it.

4. Align the team to the management direction

5. Review costing within the team and guide the team for proper alignment

6. Ability to resolve the problems faced by the team by analyzing and discussion with supplier

7. Ability to cater 1000- 1500 Volume/ month for 1000+ parts.

8. Need to set the price trends and able to predict the overall price change for Bus/Truck

9. Face of Supply Chain for all problem resolution."
