Description :
1. To facilitate the Sales team for achievement of Annual Business Plan (ABP), increase in distribution, visibility and market share.
2. Responsible as a leader in ensuring & guiding team on correct implementation strategies in achieving the desired targets as per Business Plan.
3. Responsible for Network Trend Analysis, Network loss analysis & taking corrective action plan for network expansion.
4. Work closely with the sales team for coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
5. Guide the Sales team for establishing Sales Targets - Brand wise - Pack wise as per ABP.
