RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the solution design in response to RFP/RFI request for Healthcare Payer and Provider business process services
- Deliver solutions and interact with CXO level and key leaders in presenting and detailing the value proposition for the customer
- Front end client discussions with a consultative approach
- Support Sales directors with sales pitch documents
- Working with Transition & operational teams to communicate client expectations for service delivery post deal closure
- Carry out market and competitor analysis to benchmark in-house solutions and suggest continuous improvements
- Willingness to travel as required
- Reports to the Head of Sales Support and Solutions
EDUCATION - Graduate/ Post Graduate
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10-15 years of Healthcare domain expertise (US Healthcare experience mandatory)
- Minimum 4+ years of solution experience
- Sound knowledge of Healthcare life cycle (Payer/Provider/ Coding), Pharma, Medical Devices manufacturing companies
- Hands on understanding of RPA platforms and other technology trends of the healthcare industry
- Understanding of Healthcare regulatory and compliance (HIPAA/HITECH)
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of Healthcare marketplace
- Experience in cost estimation and pricing for outsourcing and offshoring of processes

- Strong front ending skills
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to establish effective cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels in a highly collaborative environment
- Ease in understanding and translating client requirements
