Strategy : Develop Social Media strategy and implement framework to achieve Brand objectives. Create content strategy and map role of different social media platforms.
Digital Campaign Management : Translate Brand strategies into focused Digital campaigns. Ability to ideate; plan & execute campaigns from insight to final deliverable.
Creative Excellence : Understanding Brand Guidelines & Design philosophy to create compelling and persuasive creative assets across formats.
- Experience with Reels; Stories; AMA; Polls; Digital Videos etc.
- Media Deployment : Experience with formulating and deploying Digital Media plans optimized for campaign objectives across multiple platforms.
- Community Engagement : Ability to build & engage communities through insightful & creative communication. Experience with CRM & CDP tools for database management.
- Influencer Marketing : Experience of working on Influencer campaigns (micro; macro & celebrities)
- Moment Marketing : Ability to think on-your-feet and spots trends that can be leveraged with creative content.
- ORM & Social Listening : Hands on experience in managing Online Reputation Management and generating periodic Social Listening & Sentiment Analysis reports.
Measurement : Measurement & Reporting on the performance for all Digital Campaigns on key KPIs. Ability to formulate picture of success for campaigns.
Product Launches : Collaborate with Products Team & co-create Digital first Product launch plans.
Data Analysis : Ability to work with large cross functional data-sets and generate actionable data driven insights on performance and spends.
