General Manager/Senior Manager - Legal - LLB - Infra/Oil & Gas

We have an opportunity for GM/Senior Manager Legal with one of our client in Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- The person will be responsible for providing in-house legal expertise and support in driving various corporate legal issues and legal compliance programs and advise the company on all legal and strategic initiatives for its different business verticals.

LLB with 10-18 years of experience.

- Conversant with procedures and processes involved in legal matters before Civil and Magistrate Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, DRT and CESTAT.

- Strong Legal acumen

- Exposure to M&A and deal making & due diligence processes

- Good Drafting skills

- Ability to take tough stands and confront management team

- Superior communication skills both oral and written

- Ability to do thorough risk analysis before entering into various types of commercial agreements & should also have the ability to draft/vet legal agreements
