Job Description - Our client, a leading MNC Pharma company is looking to Hire a Plant HR Head to lead 6 to 7 plants spread across India.

Description:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive organisational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Conduct performance management and succession planning to ensure a high-performing workforce.
Employee Relations:
- Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
Labor Relations:
- Collaborate with labor unions, where applicable, to maintain positive relations and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes that may impact the organization.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
- Stay current on HR laws and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ensure the plant's compliance with all HR-related regulatory requirements.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess and improve HR programs and processes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on key HR metrics and trends.
Profile:
Tota Years of Experience - 15+ Years
Core Experience :
- Candidates who have managed multiple plant locations across India
- Worked with established Brands / Companies and managed well defined processes, well set HR systems.
- Not looking at candidates with only Core IR/ER Experience. Best fit is someone with more HRBP Experience
- Should have managed Org Structuring, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Culture Standpoint - Business & Employee Advocacy skills are important. Resilience to make changes, work collaboratively to drive activities. Good networking & people management skills.
Location - Vadodara
MBA is a must from a decent college
