Looking for Tamil Speaking Candidates with Family Business Background Only. Should Have Experience of Both Corporate (60 %) and Factories (40%)
Incumbent will be managing the entire Gamut of HR from Hire to Retire. Major KRAs will be as follows :
1) Capability Building of long service employees to adopt to the new digital transformation.
2) Managing the IR Situations / Union (though not major)
3) Managing the expectations of the Board of Directors from the transformation perspective
4) Right sizing the organization based on automation
5) Introduction of SOPs of all activities in HR
6) Upskilling the workforce - both Blue collared and White collared
7) Hiring the talent for the new digital transformation business
8) Introduction of PMS and making it a culture
9) Managing the engagement level of long timers when a lot of new hiring is happening
10) Organizational transformation initiatives
11) Upskilling the existing HR workforce
12) Talent retention initiatives
13) Manage DA Calculations / complications
- Looking at a trustworthy person who is very matured, composed and having capability to work in the 100 + year old legacy company.
- Should have experienced in managing HR / IR of plant but currently should be working in the Corporate office.
