General Manager/Senior General Manager - Facilities

Designation: GM / Sr. GM (Facilities)

Experience: 12-15+ Years

Preference: Facility Management Company

Salary: Up to 24 LPA

Location: Sushant Golf City, Lucknow

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering.

- Well versed with the new technologies

- Good commercial knowledge in the field of facility management

- Will be responsible for Vendor Management / Operations / Maintenance of Township, Group Housing & Malls.

- Must have rich experience in residential as well as commercial projects

- Must have handled large townships

- Interaction with customers face to face, emails and over phone.

- Collection of CAM charges

- Liasoning with customers

- Technically sound in operations and maintenance of Machines.

- Candidate must deal with customers/ clients on daily basis

- To maintain good liaisoning with government departments at all levels.

- From Facility Management company only.

- Achieve the required performance targets and standards in accordance with the business plan.

- Monitor and report progress and performance, provide feedback and take appropriate corrective action.

- Well versed with Microsoft Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint and Internet applications.

- Excellent communications

- Must be a good leader
