Role: GM - IT Supply Chain COE

Location: Mumbai (Vikroli)

JOB PURPOSE

- This role will act as a Business Transformation and Digital lead for Manufacturing and Planning processes and will be responsible for managing SAP ERP PP/QM/MRP modules and production planning solutions like O9, Kinaxis, Blue yonder etc. The role holder is responsible for implementation and support for the above mentioned solutions through our partner eco system for our businesses globally.

- The responsibility also includes evaluation and recommendation of business process improvements using industry best practices to address existing and changing business needs. The role also includes evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies like Industry 4.0, and analytics in the area of Manufacturing and Planning .

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate should have:

- MCA or B.E. (Computers/ Electronics/ IT)

- MBA or PGDBM preferred

- The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP PP/QM with minimum 3 years in supply chain planning including RCCP, Production Planning and Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning etc. in a CPG or consulting organization.

- Experience in implementation of best in class supply chain planning solutions like SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder etc. and emerging technologies like Industry 4.0 is preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Must have strong project management and hands on experience in end-to-end implementation of Supply Chain Planning Solutions - SAP IBP, O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder is must.

- Strong business process understanding in SAP PP/QM, RCCP, Production Planning and Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning etc.

- CPG industry experience is preferred

- Ability to handle cultural differences and geographical complexities

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders

- Willingness to travel for global project implementations

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

- This role will report to Head, IT India & SAARC. The incumbent will have to work closely with multiple stakeholders across geographies as well as liaise with external vendors.
