Job Responsibilities:
- Seeking a sales leader with abilities to build a new function from scratch.
- Build sales from scratch and take complete charge - prepare well-targeted business plans and strategies for allocating resources and driving sales activities to achieve profitability.
- Managing the overall retail business in NCR.
- Communicating effectively and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets, why and how of what has to be done.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the sales team.
- Be the business owner for marketing & product strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and records.
- Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problem sharply and analyze proposed solutions and suggested outcomes.
- Will be required to work collaboratively with other senior-level people in the business and across business and support functions (marketing, finance, HR).
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of work experience in the relevant field..
- Post-graduation from a Tier 1 college
- Looking for a hands-on leader who is willing to get his/her hands dirty, right from selling
- Directly buying cars from customers to going on the field visits to dealers if required.
- Strong team handling skills - experience in handling a large multi-tiered team.
- Detail orientation and good data analytics skills is a must.
