Heading Spices Retail and General trade sales activities for assigned market market.

- Responsible for top line & bottom line growth in the channels (Retail Sales & General Trade).

- Also responsible for Growing categories of Products which are weak from market share prospective.

- Managing a team of more than twenty people.

- Hand holding with factory logistics, accounts and operations was part of the daily routine.

- Involved for planning, scheduling of inventories as per monthly, quarterly and annual plans.

- Responsible for increasing penetration in markets which were very weak.
