Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Solar EPC Sales. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities for our solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, focusing primarily on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our solar EPC services, including identifying target markets, assessing competitive landscapes, and establishing pricing strategies.

- Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with commercial, industrial, and utility-scale clients for solar PV projects.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, engineering firms, and government agencies, to drive business growth and secure project opportunities.

- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and project delivery, including technical feasibility, design optimization, and cost-effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments related to solar energy, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue projections, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to senior leadership on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

- Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture, encourage collaboration, and drive individual and collective success.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline sales processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize resource utilization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering sales objectives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 Years experience handling Solar EPC sales in Residential / C & I Markets

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the solar energy industry, with a focus on EPC services and project development.

- In-depth knowledge of solar PV technology, project economics, and regulatory frameworks governing renewable energy markets.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

- Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to exceeding targets, delivering exceptional customer value, and driving business growth.

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and project management tools.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.
