GENERAL MANAGER (RETAIL SALES)
Position: General Manager Sales
Reporting to: Director Retail
- Responsible for managing the entire gamut and retail channel sales business and ensure complete market growth
- Responsible for new business development based on market surveys/market intelligence and trends including customer pain areas
- Perform competitor analysis and formulate strategies for increasing the market share and profitability
- Establish and sustain robust communication framework with all relevant stakeholders and channel partners for effective engagement
- Degree with MBA in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 15 Years of experience in sales in the dairy or FMCG sector.
- Candidate should be able to professionally interact with all levels of management inside or outside the organization.
- Problem solving skills, work ethics & ability to build excellent customer relationship
- Strategic vision, results-oriented, strong negotiation skills.
- In- depth knowledge of dairy products and the industry
- Leadership/Managerial Skills
