- Identify potential clients for residential projects through market data, prior clients etc

- Establish relations with channel partners for detailed information about micro-locations; discuss unique features of projects & estimated sales rates

- Highlight clients who are likely to buy property & those who would sell [investors, re-sale]

- Assist in launch of events by inviting channel partners & potential clients; offer attractive deals/brokerage percentages

- Understand client requirement & expectations of budgets, infrastructure & technical requirement etc

- Negotiate with clients, adhere to pricing metrics, explain rationale behind the rates wrt. features, floor, direction etc

- Handle agreement, all supporting documents, registration process with Legal

- Deep understanding of chargeable area, architectural drawings, pricing strategy & expected rates, analyze demographics, rentals charged by competition etc.

- Number of new clients approached, new channel partners identified, presentations & site inspections, sales deals concluded, clients who have signed agreements etc

- Knowledge of residential sales, sales administration process, legal documents, residential sales market

- MBA, 13-15 years experience, 35-42 years' of age
