- Analysing latest marketing trends & tracking competitors' activities & providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Prospecting Major Customers and taking them forward towards becoming Key Repeat Customers for the Organization.
- Networking with existing dealers, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities.
- Understanding the needs of the customers and in turn suggesting the customer the right product mix and quantity.
- Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
- Building & maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
- Organizing and conducting training and development programs, in association with internal trainers.
